Question and Answers

Q:

What does error code 01 indicate on my HE3?

A:

With out the model number or description of the product I do not know if you are referring to your HE3 washer or HE3 dryer. Based on the Dryer listed in your home profile the 01 code is not listed. The error codes on the dryer will display as "E1, E2, and E3"

There are no error codes 01 for the HE3 dryers or HE3 washers.

The 01 is not an error code.

Resubmit your question with the model number and details for specific information.

Q:

LG Model #LDS5811ST/01

A:

Check the child lock function to make sure that function is not enabled as shown in the first image below. You did not indicate the error code that you are seeing on the dishwasher. The second and third images show the error codes for this type of dishwasher. If you see one of these error codes, you may be able to perform some of the troubleshooting shown in those images. Be sure that you shut off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher to completely disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components. If you need more help, reply with additional details (error code being displayed) and we will try to assist you further.

Q:

My Lifestyler 1300, model TL 880 831-29621 Speed will not change. It runs at max speed only. Why?

A:

The speed adjustment for your treadmill is a variable speed pulley on the motor shaft. You adjust the speed with a knob that causes the pulley to move and become wider to slow the treadmill down.

Remove the hood and spray the pulley and cable with some WD40. Tap lightly on the pulley sheave with a hammer until it will move. The pulley is probably frozen to the shaft from being stored. Very few parts are available for the treadmill so don't break anything.
