Q:

craftsman chainsaw 358.350601 part #49

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the handle. In 18 years, I do not think I have ever replaced the springs in the handle. I searched for the instructions for installing the springs but did not have any luck. I was able to find out the instructions come with the set of isolators. I tried to get a copy of the instructions but I think it will be a while for these. If you need the instructions, I recommend ordering a set of isolators. The cost of the isolators is about $8.00. They can be ordered from the following link.

Q:

Any one with the same problem with samsung washing machine WF448AAP/XAA 04

A:

I researched that part. The bottom portion of that dispenser housing is only available as a complete dispenser housing assembly (part DC97-14522A). Here is a direct link for that part: Dispenser Housing for Samsung Washer WF448AAP/XAA 04 .

Q:

KENMORE DRYER 110.72062100 WON49" insteadof="88" .thediagnostictestingworkedexceptforthefactthat49wasalwaysinthe<= p=>

A:

Since the 88 initially appears, the control panel with the LED display is apparently okay. This type of problem would likely be caused by a failed electronic control board.

Since the entire diagnostic test was successful except for the 49 being displayed instead of the 88, the control board may still be working properly in regards to other functions. Since the dryer is not starting, I recommend that you open and shut the door to see if the control is detecting the change of state in the door and beeping. If not, then you could have a bad door switch or a failed control board. A wiring failure between the door switch and the control could be causing this problem.

I provided additional troubleshooting help for the dryer not starting that is provided in the link above provided by Celene.

If you need more help, submit additional details and we will assist you further.
