Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the sweeper. Each side of the sweeper has 3 different size snap rings. Why do the wheels on my Craftsman Lawn Sweeper lock-up?

If the wheels on the sweeper are locking up the problem could be that the brush is set too low. If you have not changed the setting lately I recommend servicing the unit. I posted the instructions for servicing the unit in the images below.

Amy,

I am sorry you are having a problem with the sweeper. If the wheels are locking up the problem could be the brush is set too low. I recommend checking the height first. If it is set to the correct height, you will need to remove the wheel and investigate. If you need assistance with this, please reply below with the model number of the sweeper. Once I have the model number, I should be able to provide you with the instructions for cleaning and lubing the drive.
