Question and Answers

Q:

Which orifice is the LP orifice, #43 or #55?

A:

The #43 orifice is the Natural gas orifice. I added the instructions below on how to convert to LP so you will need to reverse the procedure to convert it back to Natural gas. The #55 is the LP orifice.

Q:

I have a new pro form treadmill, why does it hesitate when i walk on it?

A:

Thank you for your question as to why the treadmill hesitates while walking on it.

It is normal for the treadmill to slow down a little when you start on the walking belt. If the belt is slipping then you may have to adjust the tension on the walking belt on the back roller.

As you walk on the walking belt the sound of the motor will change pitch according to your walking gate.

You may also want to check the troubleshooting guide in your manual for the limits listed for this model.

If that does not help and since it is a new model you may want to call for service to check out the operation.

If you have more questions about the operation of the treadmill please reply to this thread.

Q:

Washer wont stop filling, The hose is 43" from the floor!

A:

You did not clarify if water is siphoning out the drain hose while it's filling or if the water is overfilling the tub. Since you indicated the hose is 43 inches above the floor I must assume water is siphoning out while filling causing the tub to never reach the proper water level and begin agitating.

You may have the end of the drain hose stuff to far down into the stand pipe or there is no air gap between the pipe opening and the drain hose. If water is siphoning while filling slowly begin to pull the drain hose up until it quits siphoning. There is also a siphon break available too. You can purchase a siphon break at Sears Parts Direct .
