The first image below shows some information regarding error codes on this washer. Your details seem to indicate that you have a problem with the water level pressure sensor. The technical information in the second image shows how to recall the specific error code. I also provided information on checking that water level pressure sensor. If you check that issue yourself, be sure that you unplug the washer before removing the top panel to access components. If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

Q:

how to fix the fabric softner dispenser to dispense softner when time for cylce

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to have the dispensers work when they are suppose too.

  • I would first suggest that you take the dispenser out of the washer a take apart all the containers and clean them in the sink. To remove the drawer you can pull it until it stops and then push down on the tab at the back of the drawer and continue to pull the drawer out.

It will only put the softener in at the beginning of the rinse cycle.

The fabric softener dispenser is a siphon system as with most washers to dispense fabric softener.

If the dispenser parts get clogged with softener material it will not work properly.

Cleaning generally does the trick.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

A:

Thank you Janet for your response about the softener not working. At the begining of the rinse cycle the washer will direct water into the fabric softener dispenser to flush out the softener. Can you tell if that is happening? I will give you a diagnosis tic test to try. If you are able to get the washer in this mode, step 4 will let you see if the washer it putting water into the fabric softener compartment. Please let me know how is goes and we can continue troubleshooting with that information. Sam A. . .
