Q:

my proform crosswalk 380 does not run help please

A:

Thank you for your question.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. I will be happy to assist you with the repair. By what you have stated I suspect one of the wire connectors is loose. First, move the treadmill to a different outlet and check the operation. If the treadmill does the same thing, I recommend checking the wire connections on the control board. Of course, make sure it is unplugged first. After checking the connections plug, the unit back in and check the operation. If light still goes out you will have to check the voltage at the control board. Working with live electrical current can be very hazardous and possibly deadly. Testing voltage output requires working with electrical current. Do not attempt this measurement without the proper tools and safeguards. If you are comfortable checking live voltage, turn the meter to check ac volts. Then place the meter leads on the AC+ and AC- on the control. You should have a reading of 110 volts AC. If the voltage is there keep the leads in place and start the treadmill. If the voltage stays the same and the light goes out the should be replaced.
