If the microwave is running with no heat that would indicate an internal failure has occurred. We do not give out much repair information on microwaves because of the dangers of repairing them. The microwave generates extremely high voltage. The capacitor can store this voltage even when the unit is unplugged. I hope you understand our policy on microwaves. Our number one concern is your safety. It is strongly recommended to have the microwave repaired by a service technician. You can have the microwave repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Kenmore microwave does not stop running as long as the door is closed. after unplugged/plugged, seen PF in the screen

Based on your symptom it sounds like a stuck relay on the control board. The "PF" code is normal to display after unplugging and plugging it back in, it means it sensed a "Power Failure". Do not attempt to repair your microwave because microwaves inherently store 10,000 volts even when unplugged which can cause severe bodily injuries or could even be fatal. Microwaves should only be service and repaired by a service technician. You can call 1-800-4MY-HOME or 1-800-469-4663 in order to set up an appointment to have your microwave serviced.
