Q:

the agitator dose not spin belt is fine light comes on?

A:

Thank you for your question on the agitator not rotating for the power mate.

When you turn the power mate on with the handle switch can you hear the motor running in the power mate?

If you do not hear the motor running but the headlight is coming on then I would suspect the power mate motor has failed.

Because the power mate motor and the head light are connected to the same wires harness for power, I would replace the power mate motor.

Since this unit is only 3 months old it is still covered under the first year warranty. I would suggest taking it to you’re local Sear’s retail store to have it repaired under warranty at no cost to you. Sam A.

Q:

How do I change the belt on a Kenmore progressive 360?

A:

Without a model number of the vacuum, I can't send you exact information. I am sending you an image showing replacing the belt on some Kenmore upright vacuums.

If this information does not help, send another email and include the model number of the vacuum. We will send information for your vacuum.

Q:

I have a Kenmore electric stove range. Model 790.93851302, series number VF40913889. I am changing the receptacule where the heating element plug in.

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The two ends of the heating element regardless if they have a 360 degree curved end or flat terminals, the ends of the element still should fit between the new receptacle terminals. The receptacle terminal will spread out and make a tight connection when aligned properly with the element. Make sure the ends of the element(s) are not bent in or out or twisted or they may not align up and slide into the new receptacle.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

A:

Han: It's okay to have to pry the receptical prongs open a little but make sure the element leads fit tight between the prongs.
