Q:

fuel filter replacement

A:

Thank you for your question.

I should be able to help you with replacing the fuel filter in the fuel tank. First, find a coat hang that is clean. Then cut the longest part out and bend a hook on one end. Next remove the fuel cap and drain ant fuel left in the tank into an approved container. Once it is drained use the hook eng of the wire to fish out the filter. The line should be long enough to pull the filter out. I usually just cut the fuel line right at the filter. This make sure the new filter will stay on. Slide the line onto the filter and feed it back into the tank.

I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on the repair of the saw.
