If the Tecumseh engine is set up to house the starter, you should find holes drilled in the locations shown in that video. If you do not find these mounting holes on the top of the engine and under the gas tank then you will need to have a technician or repair center install the starter. Although Toro correctly indicated that the electric starter is an option for this snow thrower, the mounting holes for the starter must be in place for you to install it yourself. If you did not find those holes, then installing an electric starter may not be economically feasible on this snow thrower.
