Question and Answers

Q:

how do i remove my drawer from my dresser?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to get the dresser drawer out.

With use the drawer bottom can slip out the drawer front and hangs down and catches on the cross-rail so you cannot pull it out.

If it is like the one I have found line in the image below it is a six drawer dresser that you may have to access the drawer either from the drawer above of the drawer below. In some cases depending on how the dresser is built you may have to remove the back panel on the dresser and remove the cloths to be able to lift up on the drawer bottom to release it.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Q:

I have a Kenmore wall oven model #911-47489890. We have been getting error code F2. Do we replace the p/n wb27t10276 (face plate)

A:

Based on that model number, I am not showing that the control part WB27T10276 is compatible with your Kenmore wall oven. The original control board part WB27T10064 would need to be removed and sent to Core Centric Solutions for repair if that component is causing this F2 problem. Here is a link for that Core Centric Solutions website in case you need it: Core Centric Solutions.com .

Depending on your exact symptoms, you could have a bad oven temperature sensor (part WB21X5301) that would cause this failure. You can shut off the house circuit breakers for the oven and access that sensor as shown in the image below. Here is a link for a brief repair video that shows how to test that sensor using a volt/ohm meter. That sensor problem should measure around 1100 ohms at room temperature. If the resistance of that sensor is significantly higher than that, then you may be able to fix this failure by replacing that sensor probe. Here is a link for that part: Kenmore Wall Oven 911.47489890 Sensor Probe .

Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breakers for the oven before accessing internal components.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

NOTE: Based on that age of that wall oven and the availability of repair parts, you may consider replacing that oven instead of repairing it.
