Question and Answers

Q:

How do I adjust the height of the mower blade assembly? Or, raise the tires. At the highest setting, (5) it scalps my yard.

A:

I am sorry you are having a problem getting the manual to pull up for you. I was able to find the manual on our website. Please click this link to view the Manual for your tractor.

If the mower is scalping the lawn, I suspect the deck needs to be leveled. First, park the tractor on a level surface and look under the mower. Make sure none of the blades are bent then follow the instructions in the manual for leveling the mower deck. The instructions start on page 22. The gauge wheels on the deck should not contact the ground all the time. When adjusted correctly, they are just off the ground.

I hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance, please reply with more details below.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry that the manual and package materials for your mower was not included when it came into your ownership.

  • You actually have two options.

  • Because this unit is brand new you could call 1-800-4my-home and speak with a Technical Specialist and they can send you a owners manual. The part number to give the Specialist is: 769-04706B. The key part number is 925-0201 and they also can send you that.

  • I will e-mail you a copy so you can have it right now. I wish I had a way to send you a key e-mail.

I hope this will help with your question.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
