Question and Answers

Q:

I bought a mower 6/30/09. I opened the air filter compartment to clean today and gasoline is leaking there.

A:

It is normal to see some gasoline in the air cleaner area. If gas is leaking out of the air cleaner and onto the deck, the mower needs to be taken to a Sears Parts and Service Center or a Sears Retail Store for repair. Your lawnmower and engine have a 2 year warranty and should be serviced by a Sears technician.

Check the engine oil and if there is gas in the oil don't use the mower until it has been repaired.

Q:

We purchased a 30" gas freestanding LG double oven which was delivered on 2/23/13.

A:

I am not aware of any problems or common issues with that model of LG double oven. You are probably correct about the noise being caused by metal contracting. Since the oven is brand new, you may consider having a service technician examine it. The technician can check for any potential problems while the oven is still under warranty.

A:

Based on your description, I recommend that you have a service technician examine the range under the warranty. Based on that recommendation, you should not be charged for service if the technician finds that the noise is normal and nothing is wrong. Let the phone agent know that we recommended the service call and the will set up the warranty service. You should not have to worry that you will be charged anything based on my recommendation. If you need more help, let me know.

Q:

Expert Joey S.. I looked up parts number .. doesnt existed

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I double checked the part number of the Bake ignitor (5303935066) and it is a good part number. You can order from SearsPartsDirect . Click on the link and will take you to directly to the page. It will list 4 of the same part numbers. It will be a universal ignitor that will fit many different models.
