Q:

cannot start snowthrower model 2788720 coil wiil not pull out and also tried electric start no luck fewer than 30 hours of rucraftsman time on machine

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the snow blower. First, check the oil. If the oil level is fine, remove the spark plug. Then try to pull the rope out. If the rope is still stuck, I recommend removing the belt cover and checking for a jammed belt. If the belts are fine, the problem is either a seized engine or a jammed electric starter gear. To determine which one is causing the problem you can remove the electric starter. Once the starter is removed, try to pull on the rope. If the rope will not come out the problem is likely a seized engine. If this is the case, I recommend taking the snow blower in for service. I hope this is helpful. Please reply below with more details if you need further assistance.

Q:

Thermador PD304BS/07 won't bake above 350

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The first thing to check and confirm is to make sure the bake and broil elements operate. If the bake and broil elements will heat, then it could have a faulty temperature sensor or an intermittent oven control board operation.

I strongly suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
