Q:

Is there a substitute part for the pulse monitor part number 121078 that is no longer available for treadmill model 831297541?

A:

I researched the pulse monitor part 121078. I do not find a substitute for this part that is no longer available. You may try using a separate pulse monitor that is not connected to the treadmill.

Q:

I'm having trouble with the "Personal Performance Monitor" on my NordicTrack Skier.

A:

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with this. Without a model number, I can only give you general information. Usually the model number is on the very ends or under the skier. If the monitor did not light up at all when the batteries were installed I am afraid the monitor has failed. The monitor should have lit up as soon as the batteries make contact. I searched around the internet and found a site that you can check out for the new monitor. It is nordicparts.com. I tried to find a monitor but it looks like they are becoming unavailable. Please see the image below for information on the monitors. I hope this is helpful.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

My Kitchen aid dishwasher has no pulse...

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The dishwasher could have one of several possible failures preventing the dishwasher from powering up. There is not a fuse in the dishwasher. There is plunger on the upper right side of the tub that must strike a switch inside the control panel and the switch could be faulty or the door plunger/door strike is broken or missing. It could also have a faulty timer, program switch or just a loose or burnt wire connection inside the electrical junction box under the front of the dishwasher.

The timer and program switch is no longer available. Depending on the failure you may consider replacing the dishwasher.

If you do not feel confident diagnosing and repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
