kenmore gas range model 2783548811

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I recommend checking the voltage supply a the electronic oven control across terminals TT1 and TT2. If voltage is present, the electronic oven control is bad. If the electronic oven control is bad, it will have to be taken out shipped out for repair to a company called CoreCentric Solutions

If voltage is not present, make sure the wall outlet has the proper voltage supply. If you do not measure 120 volts across terminals TT1 and TT2, then you will need to trace the power cord power supply lines up to the control board. I do not have any tear down instructions available to provide. If the surface burner spark igniters are not working then the power was lost before it even makes to the the spark igniter switches. Based on the age of the range I would seriously consider replacing the range rather than attempting to repair it if your not able to locate the loss of voltage. NOTE: I do not recommend making any voltage checks unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
