Fridge won't stay cold 25344512600 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator

Thank You for choosing Sears and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your fridge and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 25344512600 and if there is no air flow from the damper the fridge section will not cool. Some reasons why the air flow stops are:

Return air vent gets blocked or freezes

Damper is closed

Evaporator coils are not defrosting

Fan motor quits or slows down

If you have a frost build-up in the freezer section, the most likely reason will be the defrost system is not working. This will stop the air flow and both sections will get warmer. If you can feel a slight air flow from the damper, open the freezer door and if the air flow increases, it indicates the return air is either blocked or frozen. If there is no frost and no air flow and the fan is running, the damper is probably closed. If the freezer section is not cooling good either, the compressor or seal system may have a problem. A technician may be needed to make these checks. As fas as for the icemaker this can be difficult icemaker to check and can stop working for a few reasons. Some are listed below:

The icemaker itself can fail

The water valve may not open

The optic boards can fail

The fill tube can freeze up

Freezer temperature not cold enough.

If water does flow, the icemaker will need to be replaced. If no water flows but you can hear a humming noise, the water valve will need to be replaced. If nothing at all happens, some voltage checks will need to be made. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem or doing any voltage checks yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician.
