Question and Answers

Q:

unit wont run 25190701010

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The voltage spike has most likely damaged the PC board if the control board is getting the line voltage of 120 volts. There should be 120VAC when measure across the black and white wires connected to CN11 connector. If you measure 120VAC across CN11 connector, the voltage spike most likely damaged the board. If you do measure 120VAC at CN11 connector and nothing runs, I recommend checking the condensate bucket to make sure it's sitting properly and is empty of water. There is a float switch actuator that must not be tripping the float switch or the unit will not operate. If the float switch is not tripped and the PC is getting 120VAC at CN11 connector, the PC board is likely damaged and needs to be replaced. NOTE: I do not recommend making a voltage measurement unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so, otherwise I recommend taking the unit if for repair.

I hope this helpful.
