Thank you for your question.

I am sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your snow blower. Yes, we do stand behind our products and since you have a 2 year warranty it should be a covered repair.

First, I want to thank you for being a loyal Sears’s customer through the years and we thank you for purchasing all the products you have. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible product for a great value. We have built our reputation on providing first class support for our customers and I am sure we will be able to help you with a quick resolution to your snow thrower problem.

Since this is a small snow blower you will be required to take it in for service.

Since the weather is bad and you may not be able to take the unit in for service at this time lets see if we can you help solve the problem.

As you said, it has no spark. In being familiar with the snow blower have you made sure that the safety key is pushed in all the way, because if it is not it will kill the spark to the spark plug.

If this is not the case it may have a failed spark plug and you will need to replace the spark plug only with the recommended replacement spark plug part number Torch brand F6RTC or part number 751-10292.

I hope this will help, but if it does not please use the thread link to communicate with me if you are still having a problem with your snow blower and I will help you anyway I can.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
