Question and Answers

Q:

919165600 wiring 240 volt

A:

I assume that this air compressor has a 120 volt power cord. This compressor is not set up to be rewired for 240 volts. I recommend that you replace the compressor if you want to run a 240 volt model.

Q:

What does the 120/240 volt plate on my dryer mean?

A:

Basically, it means the dryer requires a 240 volt voltage supply to plug into. The 120 means that there are components inside the dryer that operates on 120 volts and the heating element requires 240 volts to operate. Overall you have 220 volt electric dryer and the newer dryer will operate fine if it's an electric dryer requiring the same voltage supply. Now, the power cord on the new dryer may or may not fit the wall outlet. Dryer cords can be a 3 prong cord or a 4 prong cord. If the dryer cord on the older dryer does not match the power cord on the newer dryer you can swapped out the two power cords so that it will plug into the 240 volt wall outlet.

Q:

Chain oil for Homelite 240 U10625B

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to use the correct bar lubrication for your Homelite chainsaw.

There are any number of lubricants available on the market for lubricating the bar and chain.

Most are petroleum based and now there are some that are Green and are animal tallow based to be bio-degradable.

Check the links below.

Regular Bar oil | http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_07136556000P??sid=MMLxexpertxmerch] .

I hope this will help.
