Question and Answers

Q:

HRR 216 TDA honda lawnmower less self-propelled

A:

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the mower. If the self-propel will work with not weight on the wheels, I recommend checking the drive cable tension. There should be a cable adjustment on the handle of the mower. If the cable cannot be adjusted, I recommend inspecting the drive belt. If the belt is worn or is missing chunks, it should be replaced. The parts for the mower can be ordered from the following link. Honda mower parts I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Q:

Can I get an end cap for my Progressive Upright Vacuum?

A:

You will need to take the vacuum to any Sears store, Sears Parts and Repair Service Center, or other Kenmore outlet for free repair if the vacuum is within one year from the date of purchase. The cap on the roller will come with a new brush roller assembly.

I added a copy of the vacuum warranty for you to view. I can not guarantee if it will be covered under the 1 year warranty if the end cap became melted due to a jammed roller brush.

You can also order replacement parts at Sears.com and click on parts.
