Q:

electrolux 2100 keeps shutting down

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand your frustration when the vacuum keeps turning off.

• Check to see if the C bag is installed correctly and making contact with the switch next to the bag card board.

• There is a full bag switch that needs to be pushed in to keep the unit from shutting off. I noticed that you did not say that the full bag light is not coming on.

• You are saying that the protection light is coming on and then it shuts down for about a minute and then it comes back on.

• You may have to take the vacuum to a vacuum repair shop to have the vacuum valve control replaced. There are some small hoses and sensors that may be indicating to the control that there is an air restriction and it shuts down to protect the motor from overheating. If the vacuum is not running hot, the protection circuit is not working correctly.

I hope this will help with your vacuum problem.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Q:

What should the amp reading be on the model mc 2100 controller on my treadmill?

A:

I am sending you a wiring schematic of the treadmill that shows the voltages at the controller. To test to see if you are getting voltage on the blue wire from the console, the connector has to be connected to the controller when testing.

I am also sending you an image of the MC2100 controller that gives some error codes that might help you.
