Set Up

Thank you for your question on the assembly of the lawn mower.

I am not sure but I think you may have missed a step in the assembly of the handle.

On assembling the handle you have to pull up on the lower handle mounts so they come out from under the deck which is what is blocking the engine from turning over because the blade is hitting the handle.

I will give you the picture to look at from the manual.

If you have the handle all the way out then pull down on the operator presence bar to release the engine brake so you can pull out he pull cord.

I hope this will help.

Will not set to self clean

The procedure for programming that clean cycle on your model of oven is shown in the image below. Make sure that you push that Start button.

If you are programming the clean mode correctly, you could have a problem with the oven door lock, door switch or the clock control board that is preventing the oven from starting that function properly. A wiring failure could also cause this problem. Make sure that the oven door is closed properly before starting that cycle.

Check for an error code in the display when the control beeps. This may indicate that you have properly with one of the components such a the door lock motor assembly.

If the oven will not start the clean cycle properly even though the door is closed and it is programmed properly, then you will probably need to have a service technician repair the oven. Here is a link for the Sears Service website: Sears Home Services .

If you want to fix this problem yourself, reply with additional details about the behavior of the display when the clean cycle fails to start. We will assist you further once we receive more information.
