Thank you for your question.

If the fittings it came with look like the one in the image below, you do not need special tools. The fitting has a cone that seals the tubing when tightened. Just cut the tubing to length and slide the fittings onto the tubing. Then push the tubing into the valve. While holding the tubing thread the fitting into the valve and tighten. Once tighten it should not leak. Then do the same with the other end. Once all of the connections are tight turn the gas on and check for leaks with soapy water.
