Q:

Please send via e-mail attachment the snow thrower manual for a MTD model 524 or 542. It is a lot/model 310-550 088/K1798.

A:

We don't send email attachments of manuals. You can search for the manual on [www.managemylife.com].

I was not able to pull the manual up on our website. I recommend you contact our manual search department at 1-800-803-6775. They will be glad to search for the manual for you and contact you with the results or snd the manual to you.

Q:

looking for a part for an old craftsman floor jack made in japan. part no is 328.12031 or the last digit could be a 7. ser no. 34838 088.

A:

Thank you for your question on the floor jack seal.

This jack is about 25 years old and most of the parts are no longer available, but I will try to find you the seal you are looking for.

I do not show that we carry this part but if you call 1-800-221-9705 for parts they should be able to supply you with the AM200F 5-12 seal.

If you have a problem asks for Darrell.

Sam A.

Q:

my water heater temperature is too low

A:

I do not have enough details in order to say if you have a faulty thermostat or not. You did not indicate where you checked the water temperature at. You did not say how far the faucet is away from the water heater where you had checked the temperature. You also did not say how long you ran the water before checking the temperatures. If you feel that the thermostat is not correct, the gas valve would have to be replaced. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your water heater.
