Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the mower. I recommend removing the belt cover on the front of the mower first. Then start the mower and engage the drive. Once the drive is engaged look at the pulley on the top of the gearbox. If the pulley is not turning, I recommend checking the belt and the cable. If the pulley is turning, look to the side of the gearbox. You should be able to see the axle coming out of the gearbox. If the axle is not turning, the gearbox needs to be replaced. If the axle is turning, I recommend removing the wheels and inspecting the gears on the inside of the wheel. If the teeth of the gear are worn off, you need to replace the wheels.
