How do I replace AC Cord and Plug PN 8175251 (dwg part 49) on Power mate model 11652612205 ?

Thanks for contacting I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with replacing the cord on the power mate. We are here to help. The power mate need to be unplugged before doing the following:
To replace the power cord in the power mate, locate the plastic cover on the back side of the swivel. Next,  pop it off by putting back pressure on the left side where the cover attaches to the swivel base.

Remove the plug from the docking locations. Note: how the wire is routed.

Push the pedal release and move the swivel down.

Now, remove the top light lens by putting both thumbs on the front face of the lens and push up.

Remove the light bulb. (Push in and twist left).

Locate and remove the two Phillips screws next to light socket.

Lift from the back and hinge forward the top cover and release from the front tabs.

Lift up on the grey and white lever for the floor adjuster and pop out of its location.

This will not expose the grey wire for the power. Unhook the wire from its retainer locations. (Note: the wire routing and its path. If you do not get the wire back in its same locations you may pinch and damage the wires when re-installing.)

Un-twist the white wire connection for the light, motor, power cord.

Locate the red button overload and pop it out of its holder and remove the black wire from the center contact.

At this point you should be able to install the new wire harness.

Connect all the whites wires with the wire nut. Next, connect the black wire to the overload contact location and snap the overload back into place.

Make sure you have all the wire tucked back in there proper locations.

Re-install the height adjuster by tilting and tucking the two white tabs under the two black tabs on the base and push down to snap into place.

Re-install the top cover by locating the front tabs and setting down and snapping into position. Making sure that the reset button aligns with the reset switch. Re-install the two Phillips screws and re-install the light bulb.

 Re-install the light lens.

Re-locate the power wire in the channel and position it in the back of the swivel and snap the cover on. I hope this helps.
