Vacuum not working


The image below shows the overload reset button for the agitator motor. If you have not pressed that button to reset the overload on the agitator, try pressing it to see if the motor will run. You will probably need to clean hair, string or debris from the agitator if the overload was tripped. It will trip again if the agitator is not cleaned as shown below.

If this does not fix the problem, then you could have a wiring failure or a motor problem in the agitator. Reply with additional details if you need more help.
