Installation Guide

A:

Thank you for your question.

I have located the installation manual for your microwave. The file is too big to upload to this site. I will email it to the email address we have on file.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

If the filler blocks are not in place you can over tighten the top bolts and bend the cabinet of the microwave. There is also a possibility of a vibration noise out of the unit when running. The thickness of a 1x2 is 3/4 of an inch x 1 3/4 inch. If you stack the 1x2s, it will equal 1 1/2 inches needed for the recess. Cut two 1x2s the width of the recessed area. Then glue them on top of each other. Place the glued 1x2s in the recessed area and drill the holes needed for the bolts. I screw the 1x2 to the cabinet so I do not have to hold the microwave up and try to line up the block with the holes. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Mark T.

Anonymous: Based on your symptom and details, the blower assembly was not converted to vent outside. The instructions to convert the blower to vent out the back or up is in the installation instructions. If you do not have them, reply with the model number I should be able to provide the instructions.

Installation guide

A:

I provided dimensions for that laundry center in the image below. The full Kenmore model number for that unit is 417.9791 . . . (there will be for numbers following 9791 but that will not affect the installation). Here is a link for the full installation guide for that model of laundry center: Installation Instructions .

NOTE: It may take a minute or two for that manual to download and appear.

This information should help you prepare for the installation of that laundry center. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

The one power cord will power both the washer and dryer. If you do not have the outlet yet, the laundry center requires a 220-volt outlet. The laundry center also requires a 4-inch vent to the outside. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
