Q:

Kenmore Gas Dryer #11097573220: We love our old dryer! It tumbles with no heat. I replaced the thermol fuse, radiant sensor, thermostat and the internal

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. I added a couple of images below to reference. Before the dryer will attempt to ignite the glow bar ignitor (key#64) must have 120 volts supplied to it and it must glow red. There is a small square plastic inspection cover located under the dryer door. Pry the cover off and then start the dryer and watch through the opening for the red glow. If you do not see any red glow, the next step is to remove the back panel and check the hi-limit thermostat (key#34) located on the upper side of the heater box for continuity with and Ohm meter. If it's okay, remove the front panel and disconnect the glow bar ignitor and check it for continuity with an Ohm meter. Since you have already replaced the thermal fuse, operating thermostat and radiant flame sensor when can assume those components are Okay. I’m sure you will likely find one of the two faulty. NOTE: Be sure to disconnect the power cord before removing the back and front panel.

Check the things I have covered here and if I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
