Question and Answers

Q:

washer model 11092595500 does not agitate correctly on all the settings, only on heavy duty and permanent press (High Agitation)

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details I suspect there is a loose wire connection at the motor or in the connector with just 2 Red wires which connects also two red leads to the motor. I added an image below and circled the connector that is likely loose or not making a good connection. Disconnect the two wire connector and check the connections and then reconnect it and see how it runs. You should be able to tilt the washer back and come from underneath. The motor is in the front center area. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

A:

Greg: I very well could have a faulty relay board. Low speed is the white wire with the orange stripe, medium speed is the white wire with a violet stripe, and high is the blue wire as connected at the relay board. Use the solid white wire for Nuetral. If you not get the run voltage, the relay board is bad.
