Question and Answers

Q:

The rear left leg is out causes unleveling

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The rear legs are self leveling and both legs are connected with a sliding mechanism and spring located between the two rear legs. Tilt the unit forward so the that the rear legs come off the floor and then let it back down and the two rear legs should self adjust to floor level. Sometimes, one of the two rear legs can get stuck preventing the legs from slide in and out. When one leg is down the other leg will be up. If one of the two legs is stuck, you may need to spray some WD40 on the self leveling rod and legs and then tap the one that is fully extended back inwards with a hammer.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
