Question and Answers

Q:

Clothes come out of washer tangled and twisted up.

A:

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you the tangling problem. A few things have to be followed to prevent tangling. The washer gives a rough guide saying what a load is but it does not count for the size or weight of the clothes. The proper way to load the washer is to fill the washer with like items. When loading the washer you can fill it with loosely packed clothes and the door should be easy to close. If you have to force the door closed the load will tangle. When packed the clothes against the door are held stationary while the basket turns. This results in tightly twisted clothes. The clothes should tumble when the basket is washing. Next rule is cycle selection. If you are selecting a longer washer cycle for light items they will likely tangle up. Make sure to use the proper cycle for the load being washed. The last rule is to tie draw stings before washing because loose drawstrings can tangle up in other clothes.

I have posted am image below that has the manufactures remedy for tangled clothes.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
