CODE F 6 11045872402 Kenmore Elite Residential washer

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore washer.

From the information you have provided above, the F-6 code states there is an issue with the connection from motor to control board. This can be something as simple as a loose wire or a new board.  Unplug the washer and check the wiring between the motor control board and the drive motor. Check the wire harness connection between the motor control board and the main control board. If the wiring connections are okay, the the drive motor or the motor control board might have failed.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business, have a great day.

HE3 Front load wont spin 11045872402 Kenmore Elite Residential washer

Thank you for choosing and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer will not spin.

Starting the Test Mode
? Close the door.
? Push CONTROL/ON (if present on this model).
? Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle.
? Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SPEED touch-pad.
? Push PREWASH OPTION four times within five seconds. If
PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press
RINSE HOLD four times within five seconds. C:00 will light up
on the display.
If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL
touch-pad, then repeat the starting procedure.
Test Program Control:
In order to advance to the next step of the test procedure, push PREWASH OPTION touch-pad two times. If PREWASH
OPTION is not present on this model, press RINSE HOLD two

The door lock, motor, or the belt could cause your unit to not spin.
First, you will need to take your unit apart and check to see if the belt is still intact. If not, then that is the cause of your washer not spinning.

I recommend checking the door lock to make sure it is getting the correct voltage to unit.
8182634 is the door lock assembly.

What is wrong with my washer?

Without knowing which “F” code we are dealing with I am unable to help with any fixes. I recommend running a diagnostic cycle to try and find out which “F” code it is giving. I have included a portion of the tech sheet describing how to start diagnostics (see images below). Please resubmit question with the details of diagnostics. I will be looking forward to helping you again in the near future.
