I have Kenmore washing machine and the pump is leaking. I have the part number but need to know how to replace it. Model Number 11026892690

Thank you for your question.

I should be able to help you with replacing the pump in your washer. First, unplug the washer so it does not accidentally start. Then follow the instructions in the image below. Before you remove the hoses on the pump, drain as much water as you can. Then place towels on the floor to soak up the water that will come out.

Pleas let me know if you have any other questions.

I am sorry it has been a few days to get a response. I was out for a few days. I have looked at the timer chart and the speed selector is used in the permanent press cycle. I have provided a better image below that I have marked the contacts that are closed in the cycle.
