A:

The text in that final step (#4) does appear to be cut off at the end. It should indicate that you need to pull the panel forward while you are pulling it downward as shown in the smaller image to the left.

Q:

My water softener model, 625.348732, makes a clicking sound and sends an E. Do I need part item 65 or item 104?

A:

Normally when the water softener clicks, the motor (item 61) has some stripped gears inside it. If the cam is not turning, replace the motor. If the cam runs continuously, the problem is usually in the timer or the switch (item 104).

Q:

Own a GE Stovetop model JGB280SEN4SS. Lighting struck home and now my bake and broil functions dont work. What parts are needed to replace Control panel?

A:

The part # 105 is the component that you will need to replace in that situation. You may also need # 128 (the overlay) unless you can reuse that original one on the replacement control board. Here is a direct link for the control board (Key 105): Clock Control T09 for GE Range JGB280SEN4SS . Here is a link for the overlay (Key 128): Overlay for T09 Control on GE Range JGB280SEN4SS . Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing and replacing those components. If you need more help, reply with additional details.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician examine the range and replace parts, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
