Question and Answers

Q:

How to replace handles on refrigerator model 1069555723 kenmore

A:

Those links that Alina posted in the above response may help you replace the handles on that refrigerator. Here are some additional tips:

You will need to slide the trim piece on the top of that handle up (Key 22 in the parts image shown below). The bottom trim piece (Key 24) will need to be pushed down. This will reveal the hidden screws that secure the handle to the door. I don't think that you will need to remove the top and bottom end caps (Keys 20 and 21) in order to slide the trim pieces off of the top of the screws. If the trim pieces cannot be moved, then you may have to remove those components first.

You may need to carefully pry those end pieces with a flat tip screwdriver to get them started.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

Q:

Replace handles on refrigerator

A:

Once you slide the top trim piece up, you should be able to pull that end cap off of the handle. It appears that it is just clipped to handle without fasteners. If you still have problems getting that end cap off of the handle after sliding that top trim piece up, then I recommend that you send us a digital picture of your handle and we will try to assist you further.
