Why won't the filter come out on my Kenmore refrigerator?


The filter could be sticking or stuck, after pushing the eject button, pull the filter straight out using the filter cap. NOTE: Avoid twisting the filter cap when removing the filter because this could cause the filter cap to come off. If this occurs, replace the cap and pull the filter straight out. You may even try pushing the filter inwards after pushing the eject button, this may help free up the filter and then push the eject button again and pull firmly on the filter cap.
