Q:

G E Dishwasher

A:

Without having the model number of your GE dishwasher I will not be able to know if it has one pump and motor assembly or if it has a pump and motor assembly and a separate auxiliary drain pump. Based on your symptom it could also have a failed piston and nut assembly. We will need to have the model number in order to provide any specific troubleshooting assistance. I added a link below that my possibly pertain to your type of dishwasher.

What would cause my GE Triton Profile dishwasher to not drain all the water out?

Q:

g e freezer

A:

Thank you for your question on the GE Freezer.

Without the model number of the freezer I can only give you some general information.

Is the freezer plugged into a live outlet?

Is the freezer compressor running?

I would suggest that you call for service to have it look at.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Please reply with the model number and we can continue to troubleshoot with that information if you wish.
