Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I was not able to pull up any information by the model number provided. You may have mis-read the model number. Without having a valid model number I can only provide general information.

The information I found on the models I listed below does not have a freestanding pilot flame.

  • 103.3248010
  • 103.3248091
  • 103.3248092
  • 103.3248210
  • 103.3248290
  • 103.3248291

These models I listed above uses a glow bar igniter to ignite the burner. The igniter must receive voltage from the oven thermostat in order to glow red. It must glow red and it must pull enough current/amperage to cause the oven safety valve to open. If the glow bar igniter is not glowing, it could have a faulty/broken igniter, a faulty oven safety valve or oven thermostat.

Also, if the Start knob on the clock has been pushed it, the oven will not come on. See images below.

The igniter and thermostat is likely available but not the oven safety valve. Based on the age of the wall oven you may want to think about replacing the oven.

So that's what I can tell you at this point. I can give you more detailed help if you could provide me with a valid model number. If you could supply me with that information I will be happy to assist you further if needed.
