Fabric Softener and Lid Locked lights ON Loose washer belt Unplug the laundry center and check the washer drive belt. Replace the belt if it's damaged or broken.
Drive belt
Fabric Softener and Spin lights ON Blocked washer motor Unplug the laundry center and see if you can spin the agitator by hand. If not, then remove the motor belt and attempt to spin the motor with the belt removed. If the motor won't spin, replace it. If the motor spins with the belt removed, then check the drive components because the drive system locked up.

Fabric Softener, Spin and Lid Locked lights ON No water fill Check your water supply. Make sure that the water supply faucets behind the washer are fully open. Check the fill hoses for kinks. If the water supply is okay, then you could have a defective water inlet valve, a problem with the water level pressure switch or a wire harness failure.

Fabric Softener, Wash, Rinse and Lid Locked lights ON Water overflow The water inlet valve could be stuck open if the washer fills constantly even when shut off. Unplug the laundry center and see if the washer continues to fill. If so, replace the water inlet valve. If the washer doesn't fill constantly when the laundry center is unplugged, replace the electronic control board because the control board is activating the valve incorrectly. If the washer isn't overfilling then the water level pressure switch or the electronic control board could be defective because those components are not properly detecting the actual water level in the washer.

Fabric Softener and Rinse lights ON Not draining Check the house drain for your laundry center and the washer drain hose for clogs. If the drain path is clear, replace the drain pump if it won't pump water out when activated. Replace the electronic control board if it doesn't activate the drain pump in the drain mode.

Fabric Softener, Rinse and Spin lights ON Motor speed not detected The electronic control board uses a speed sensor mounted on the motor to detect motor speed. If the wire harness is okay, then you could have a defective speed sensor, failed drive motor or defective electronic control board.
