How to Do Returns Online

1. Find Your Order Online

Visit the order status page here. Enter Order # and ZIP code in the fields provided. Select the product to return by clicking the Return Item button.

2. Submit Your Return Details

Select your reason for return from the drop-down menu and complete all required information.  Then click the Submit Return button.

3. Print Return Label and ship to Sears PartsDirect

Follow the directions in your return confirmation email.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the credit amount to your account.
