Doesn't work
There is no power to motor lead #1. I have been trying to return for 3 weeks. The phone number has been under system maintenance. Not one the phone numbers or emails I have been given work or its not the proper department for my issue. Sears is the worst company ever. I want my money back and will continue to fight them until I get it. Everytime I get a human they say system is down due to system maintenance. Really? Every day for 3 weeks now?
