You may return an unused and uninstalled part in its original packaging. To return a part, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number by calling 800-366-PART or visiting our website at www.SearsPartsDirect.com. We must receive the returned part(s) with the Return Authorization number within 90 days of your original order date. Credit will be issued for the part(s) plus tax minus shipping charges.
