Kenmore washer 2130 (p/n W10280543A) won't spin

I have a Kenmore washer 2130 (p/n W10280543A) that no longer spins. It was purchased in 2011 and is no longer under warrenty. I have tried various load sizes, wash temps, one rinse/2nd rinse, stainboost on/off, and wash types (bulky, normal, etc). I have used only HE detergent. I was able to remove the back panel and only could access the plumbing and tub. I cannot figure out how to access the front components (such as motor, belts, etc). I have sceduled a service call via Sears, but, would like to try to fix this myself. Any thoughts on what typically goes wrong when the washer will no longer spin? Typical repair costs? Should I cancel the service call and buy new?

Thanks Marc. This particular washer does not have an electronic display, thus, no error code messages are viewable.

Thanks for everyone's help. Went back to square one and unplugged and re-plugged in the washer. Reset the computer. Works great now. Saved myself $75.
