Service code F2E2 on my Sears Kenmore Elite Dishwasher
I purchased this dishwasher 13 months ago. I noticed dishes weren't getting clean and a puddle of water in the basement. We pulled it out and I noticed a factory installed (plastic) clamp came off. I reattached it but now F2E2 Service Code flashes and it won't let me do anything. I disconnected power for about 5 or 10 min. and reconnected but it didn't do anything. I am really hoping to fix it myself and avoid an expensive service call since it's barely out of warranty. Can you please help me? Thanks,

I have the same model with the same problem. Is it the LCD display that should be replaced, or is it the control module (Part # W10196344)? My machine is just out of warranty as well. This is the third time in just over 2 years it failed with the F2 E2 error. This is an expensive machine. I bought it expecting good service for a long time. What I have is a piece of junk that sits idle while I wash dishes by hand. When I call Sears, the only response I get is that I should throw more money into it by buying more warranties. I think Sears should recall all of these machines.
