i can understand your concern over the cause of this leaking water you're experiencing. many times the defrost drain can freeze up resulting in leaking water  into the refrigerator or floor.  check your door gaskets to see if any air is seeping in and condensing into frost.   i have located a link that will discuss your situation in more detail.

responding within the next two business days if not sooner and will likely offer you more information and
instruction. i hope this information will be helpful and have a nice day.

thank you for choosing managemylife.com. i understand how frustrating it can be when one of your appliances at home doesn't work properly. the problem you've described usually occurs when the drain freezes closed. i have included instructions below on how to unclog a freezer drain.
safety notice: be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before performing any repairs. if you are not comfortable with doing any voltage checks that might be recommended, please contact your local service provider for repairs. be aware that there could be sharp edges inside the appliance that could cause cuts or other injuries to yourself or others.

1. unplug your refrigerator and pull it 2 or 3 feet away from the wall. take all your frozen foods out of the freezer and store them in a cooler while you unclog the drain tube.

2. find the freezer defrost drain tube on the back of your refrigerator. models with the freezer on top normally have the drain tube beneath the fruit and vegetable drawers on the back of the appliance and side-by-side models have the tube located at the bottom of the freezer portion. consult the owner's manual for your refrigerator to be sure.

3. a hairdryer helps remove freezer drain clogs. melt visible ice on the inside or outside of the tube with a hairdryer set to the "low" setting. hold the dryer 12 inches away from the surface until you melt all visible ice. dry the back surface and drain tube with a clean cloth.

4. squirt de-clogging and cleanser mixture into the drain tube with a turkey baster. mix 1/2 cup bleach and 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl. draw some of the bleach solution into a turkey baster. squirt the warm bleach mixture into the drain tube to melt away any further clogs and clean the tube at the same time.

5. empty the drip pan of water removed after unclogging the drain system. carefully pull the drain pan out from the bottom of the refrigerator and pour the water out. dry the surface with a clean cloth and replace it beneath the refrigerator.

if you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a sears technician. here is a link for the website: sears home services
