Maytag Neptune dryer won't start
our Maytag Neptune dryer has no sign of life today. Can some one help me troubleshoot?

Having an appliance not working properly can be really frustrating. While you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, You can add complete model number to this thread so you can get a better answer from the experts. I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your dryer. I recommend checking the breakers for your dryer first. If the breakers are okay, check the dryer outlet for proper voltage according to the diagram in the first image below.
If the voltage at the outlet is okay, then it is possible that the switches on the user interface or the control board are bad. It will be difficult to diagnose and repair this dryer with a display panel that is not working. I recommend replacing this component first. The model number that you submitted (MDE7500AYN) does not appear to be valid. I am showing model numbers MDE7500AYQ and MDE7500AYW as valid model numbers. Both of these models would use the same control board and LCD assembly (part number 33002886). You can order this part from the Sears Parts Direct . After replacing this part, the dryer may work properly. If not, you could have a door switch failure, a blown thermal fuse, a wiring failure or a motor problem that is preventing your dryer from starting.
