forgot to add that the right most light, clean indicator i believe, flashed 6 times, pauses, then flashes once.

having an dishwasher is an awesome appliance to have especially when having big family dinners. so when it starts acting up it can be very frustrating. while you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, i found this great link in the manage my life website. i have attached the link below. hope this helps!

from no leak to tons of water sounds like a loose hose.

you didn't provide any detail about where the leak seems to be coming from.

if it was under the dishwasher then a hose or seal failed.

if the water was coming from the front door seal because the tub over filled then the problem can be the control or water valve failure.

there is a kick plate across the bottom of the dishwasher held on by two screws. you will want to remove this so you can take a look.

take a look and give me a reply with any additional details for further assistance with this problem.

i see this conversation is old, and doesn't answer my issue. i have this model, and it has been leaking (drip, drip, drip) from the front right. seems to be right under the overflow float. i've looked when it was dripping and the water doesn't seem terribly high. i've majorly cleaned the filter, and made sure it is draining completely, and it is. leaks on every load now, used to just leak every so often. i've measured it recently, and get about 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water per regular cycle. any ideas?

i'm sorry you are having problems with your kenmore 665.13153k701 dishwasher. a small leak can be more difficult and more irritatting than a large obvious leak. my first thought is perhaps the problem is simply a bad gasket. note the image below. the float assembly is held in place by a nut and there is a gasket to prevent leaks. perhaps a new gasket will solve the problem. here is a link to the gasket: t want and cause a leak. i hope this helps.

the link to gasket is: searspartsdirect gasket .

also check the lip of the tub. sometimes gunk will build up over time and cause a leak when the door is shut. a rag with hot water can clean the gunk off. also check the spray arm for a white mineral build up in the spray holes. this can cause a spray that might cause a leak. i hope this helps.
