The dishwasher is great for cleaning the dishes and saving time. I found some information for you that I am hoping will be able to help you. Thanks for the tip. I have the rack out, but am having a devil of a time removing the 2 wheel-parts on either side that fit into the glides. I

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your dish rack. In order to replace the old one you must first get it out. To do this slide the upper rack outwards until it stops. Look at the front end of each upper rack slide rails. There will be a plastic end cap located at the end of the rail. You will need to remove these before the rack will come out. Press in on the front portion of that tab and pull out at the same time. It should just pop out. The wash parts that are above and below the rack are not attached to it, so you will not need to remove them. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread.
